I created my own clothing line.

I started designing and sewing pocket tees. I designed the first batch of clothes and set up an IndieGoGo campaign. My goal was $500, and the amount funded after a month was $0. I cried.

But, I didn’t give up. I designed a second batch of shirts and launched on my own website. The shirts were insanely popular, and I got orders within the first day. I had a lot of orders. It was more than I could keep up with, and I was soon a little overwhelmed. My parents noticed that I at the sewing machine 24/7. They told me my business would distract from my studies and forced me to shut it down or else they wouldn’t pay my tuition. So there goes that one.
